AIZAWL, April 3 (NNN): The main opposition party in Mizoram, Mizo National Front (MNF) has attacked the Lal Thanhawla-led Congress government in Mizoram saying that the government had to be blamed for delaying in payment of the salaries of many government employees since November last year.
