Dimapur, November 8 (MExN): The contractor associated with the construction of girls’ hostel in Tenyiphe today clarified that the project was authentic and the hostel is “coming up well.” On November 4, three village councils (VCs) - Tenyiphe-I, Tenyiphe-II and Tenyiphe —III (Virazouma) – had questioned the drawing of Rs.72 Lakhs for construction of a hostel at Tenyiphe Village, Dimapur.The contractor, Tepuvito Angami, was also summoned to appear before the three councils within 15 days to clarify on the issue.In this connection, a press note from the contractor claimed that he had met the Chairman and Secretary of Tenyiphe-I village as the upcoming hostel located the village. They were informed about the up-coming hostel and told that the hostel is coming up well, it said.
