
Dimapur, November 6 (MExN): Niathu Group provided an opportunity for food lovers to learn from Bibha Krishna, Top 30 Finalist of MasterChef India- Season 4 in a special evening programme held at the Plaza, Niathu Resort on October 5. Bibha exhibited her culinary skills by preparing four select dishes - chicken chickpea salad, pineapple gateau, mutton masala curry, and the crowd favourite keema stuffed plait bread. During the interactive session, the audience were given special tips and insights often overlooked but crucial to successful cooking, according to a press release. Bibha also shared copies of her recipes to the enthusiastic crowd. The demonstration lasted for about an hour and half, after which the audience were treated to the mouth-watering delicacies.
