Dimapur/ Kohima (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner Kohima Gregory Thejawelie NCS has informed all concerned the route from National Highway-2 via IG Stadium, KMC Tata Parking (Near Northfield School junction) Kohima has been earmarked for the upcoming South Asian Athletic Federation (SAAF) Cross Country Championship & 56th National Cross Country Championship on March 26.
In this connection, all concerned have been directed to clear the construction materials/ waste materials/off-road vehicles within 5 days, the DC said, adding that action would be initiated against defaulters.
Meanwhile, in connection with the championship, DC Dimapur Rajesh Soundararajan also informed that a meeting of the reception committee is scheduled on March 21 at the Conference Hall of Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre, Dimapur. All the members are requested to attend the meeting positively.
