Longleng, June 27 (MExN): In connection with International Day against Drugs Abuse and illicit trafficking, the District Executive Force (DEF) Longleng conducted an open online video competition on the topic ‘Impact of Drugs in Longleng.’
The results were declared on June 26.
Konaei Shangdok, Kohima from Kohima won the first place followed by Hom-mei S Phom, Noklangkhong Longleng; and Pangilenla T Phom, Model Colony, Purana Bazar, Dimapur winning the 2nd and 3rd position respectively.
The following were winners of consolation prize I Akum Kichu, Sungkomen ward, Mokokchung; K. Chingmei, Yongam village, Longleng; Y Lehotandet Phom, Shayung ward, Longleng; and Tongpangkumluk Phom, Alayong village, Longleng.
The winners will be awarded Rs 2500, Rs 1500 and Rs 1000 respectively and while the consolation prize winners will get Rs 500 each.

To mark the day, DEF Longleng along with the District Administration also destroyed the seized tobacco products in the presences of the civil societies.
