DEF Tuensang revamped its Quick Response Team (QRT) with new mandate with an aim to make it pro-active for the people. It will be first responded to any crime activity. The team will be performing patrolling duty such as highway patrolling and will act on any deterrence.
The team is equipped with sophisticated weapons, body camera, first aid kit, non lethal electric shock baton and pepper spray.
This QRT will come directly under crime branch Superintendent of Police office, Tuensang. The control room number is 7085486818 and will be available 24x7.
