Wokha, January 10 (MExN): A table tennis Hall and Central Police Canteen (CPC), Subsidiary canteen, was inaugurated by SP Wokha, Manojkumar, IPS January 9 at DEF Wokha.
Speaking during the brief inaugural programme, Manojkumar said that as police personnel, one has to stay fit and strong and for which the tennis Hall has been constructed and further urged all ranks and files, jawans and their families to make use of the Hall judiciously as one of its extra-curricular activity.
Later, SP Wokha also inaugurated the CPC Subsidiary canteen for the DEF Wokha in their office premises.
Earlier, Myingthungo Ezung, Home Evangelist, Police Baptist Church, Wokha dedicated the tennis Hall and ABSI, Mhabemo Ngullie, JA RHQ Wokha chaired the programme. Meanwhile the dedication of the canteen was done by Zubenthung Ngullie, Pastor, Police Baptist Church, Wokha. UBI Kevi-o Khatso, CI Wokha chaired the programme while vote of thanks was pronounced by Additional SP, Wokha Tumchobemo Yanthan, NPS.
