The ‘Much Awaited’ result of the Dept of Social Welfare for the post of LDA cum Computer Assistant is out. While I applaud the ones who got through, but can we please take a moment to see the names of the qualified candidates??
4 candidates from a particular tribe qualified for the 8 vacant posts!
More than 2000 students sat for the exam for 8 vacancies only. This alone shows the rate of unemployment in our state.
Is it just sheer luck that those 4 successful candidates got through by hard work or ‘Pure Coincidence’ that the advisor to the department happens to be from the community.
Social Welfare is a department to empower and for the well being of the society and ‘Not to lead in Corruption!’
It is not an isolated case and similar happening are occurring in other departments too. Exams are being conducted just so to regularize the ‘Pre selected candidates through Backdoor!’
Let us all unite and voice out against these biased corrupt practices and Tribalism being sown by our own leaders!
My post is not against any particular tribe whatsoever, but if we keep uplifting our own tribesman by ‘Illegal Means and Misusing of Power,’ Nagaland is heading for a major downfall.
