Kohima, November 30 (DIPR): The Department of Power, in a press release on November 30, 2017, has brought out the list of top defaulters of UEMB (Urban Electricity Management Board) and VEMB (Village Electricity Management Board) under Mokokchung and Dimapur Electrical Division, each having an arrear of Rs. 1.83 lakhs or higher.
