DIMAPUR, AUGUST 3 (MExN): The Dimapur Deputy Commissioner has cautioned any individual or organization against issuing unwarranted directives/statements obstructing entry of healthcare workers into their wards and colonies after performing their duties. In an order, the Dimapur DC said that support and cooperation is required from all ends in the fight against COVID-19. It cautioned that issuing such unwarranted directives/statements which infringes on individual rights and in violation of government orders will be liable to be punished under Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
