DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 2 (MExN): Dimapur Deputy Commissioner, Kesonyu Yhome has informed landowners and beneficiaries affected due to earth cutting/construction of 4 lane NH 29 from Patkai/Chumoukedima Bridge to Piphema Village that the left out affected landowners of Phase II compensation will be paid in the office of the DC Dimapur on November 15 from 10:00am onwards.
The payments will be made under the following villages—Kukidolong, Jharnapani, Medziphema, Pherima, Piphema and Tseiphama. The Chairman/Head GB and members of the concerned village councils have been informed to be present in person for identification during the disbursal of cheques for their respective village, failing which payment will be withheld. The DC, in a notice, reiterated that all affected landowners and beneficiaries must come in person along with identity proof, bank passbook, passport photo (5 copies) etc. Payment to any other representative other than the concerned person will not be entertained, the DC said.
