Dimapur, May 30 (DIPR): The World No Tobacco Day 2018 under the theme 'Tobacco and Heart Diseases' will be observed at Dimapur on May 31 with Chief Judicial Magistrate & Secretary, DDLSA, Ajongba Imchen and Chief Medical Officer Dimapur, Dr. Vikato Kinimi as chief guest and guest of honour respectively. The programme will be held at Greenwood Higher Secondary School, Nagarjan. Resource persons during the function include Panel Lawyers, DDLSA, Zuchumpeni Ezung and Sentimenla Tzudir. They will speak on the topics of COPTA Act 2003 and POCSO Act/child abuse respectively. The programme will be chaired by Chairman, DNF, Dimapur, Fr Joe while keynote address will be delivered by State Nodal Officer NTCP, Dr. Hotokhu Chishi. The programme is being organised by District Tobacco Control Cell, Dimapur.
