Guest and officials release the silver jubilee souvenir ‘VISION’ of St Peter’s School, Purana Bazar, Dimapur on February 8.

Dimapur, February 9 (MExN): St Peter’s School, Purana Bazar, Dimapur celebrated the Silver Jubilee of its establishment (1997-2022) on February 8 with P Tokugha Achumi, Joint Director, Department of Industries & Commerce, Nagaland as special guest.

 Achumi exhorted the gathering and officially released the silver jubilee souvenir ‘VISION’ which commemorates the 25 years journey of the school since its founding.

The day-long programme commenced with the dedication of silver jubilee plaque which was donated by the School Founder & Proprietor Dr LK Achumi. 

The main highlights of the programme included a cultural extravaganza, special song and choreography performed by the students. A Sumi traditional music presentation “Ahe-o” was performed by Luhevi Village elders. 

The program was compered and chaired by Miranda Raymond, Convenor, Editorial Team. The event was attended by students, teachers, parents, alumni and denizens of the locality and concluded with a lunch at the school premises.
