Tuensang, March 2 (MExN): The District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (DISHA) meeting was held at DC's conference hall, Tuensang on March 2. 

The meeting was attended by Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha, Tokheho Yepthomi, and officials of DRDA, Agriculture, Social Welfare, Food and Civil Supplies, Health and Family Welfare, Land Record & Survey, Land Resources, Education, PHED, Water Resources, and PWD (R&B) departments.

A DIPR report stated that Tokheho advised all the departments to send reports to the center and ensure the officials take up the concerns of the department to their respective departments in the center. He also said the Government of India is coming up with many schemes and projects which need to be implemented in the districts.

The CMO Tuensang presented the representation to MP for the construction of the CMO office building, Tuensang.

A total of eight departments namely; DRDA, Agriculture, Food and Civil Supplies, Health & Family Welfare, Education, PHED, Water Resources, and PWD (R&B) gave the PowerPoint presentations on the details of the schemes and projects of their departments and had an interaction on the loopholes and the success stories of the projects and schemes.
