Zunheboto, December 11 (MExN): District Band Zunheboto will be organising a winter concert at Multi Purpose Hall, Zunheboto Town on December 20 at 5:00 pm.
The band will be performing live concert along with popular artist NK Naga (singer and songwriter) and Sunon G Zhimo. Er Kitoshe Aye, Superintending Engineer, PHED Government of Nagaland will grace the occasion as the special guest.
The main purpose of organising this event is to promote local artists and encourage other bands in Zunheboto district and give platform to everyone to showcase their talent in music, the band stated in a press release.
The event partners are Digital Sound Solution Zunheboto and TaFMA District Partner Zunheboto with entry tickets for the concert priced at Rs 300 and Rs 500.
District Band Zunheboto was officially launched on April 10, 2021 during the then Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto, Peter Lichamo as Chairman along with band members and organisers.
At present, Rahul Mali IAS, DC Zunheboto is holding the charge as the Chairman of the Band. The band members include Meshel Yeptho Keyboard/Guitar, Inato Yeptho Guitarist, Benjamin V Yeptho Guitarist, Nikheto Yeptho Bassist, Vikheshe Aye Vocalist, Mughato Achumi Bassist, Iloto Chishi Vocalist, Akavi Yeptho Vocalist, and Ometo Muru Drummer.
Tickets are available at Sky Communication Centre (Tata Sky), Opposite SBI main Branch, Lucky Corner, Khonheche Cafe, Zunheboto Town.
