Tuensang, November 4 (MExN): The Office of The District Welfare Officer (DWO), Tuensang has informed that the payment to IGNOAP, IGNWP, IGNDP (ACA) beneficiaries for 9 (Nine) months and scholarship to ‘Disabled students, Invalid and totally blind beneficiaries’ under State Plan for 12 (twelve) months will be made in its office from November 12. The payment will be made block-wise. A press release from the DWO, S Makokba Sangtam further informed that those beneficiaries who cannot come to receive the payment personally should produce a Live Certificate duly signed either by the Chairman of the Village Council or Pastor of the Church and send along with payment booklet to an authorized person/relative and village council functionary. “The department shall not be held responsible if the payments are not received within the above stipulated dates,” it added.
