Yes:
No:
• With the current condition! No. But possible
• No not yet, still needs 5 to 10 more years
• A Big No. Not with the current level of infrastructure and other amenities available for the athletes at the moment.
• There remains an opportunity; however, the infrastructure continues to advance at a gradual pace, whereas the prize remains unchanged from my grandfather's era. Consequently, I do not believe a sustainable career can be established in this field.
Others:
• If other state can, why can't us, when we have a talented people
• As much as I would want to say yes. The truth simply is that it is not, we simply do not have the systematic infrastructure and lack a system in where our sportsman can thrive (where only a few extraordinary with connections get the opportunity). But at the same time we can also see slight shift with this upcoming generation which I hope catches the wind!
• For a talent to grow and become world class, it needs good infrastructures, strong grassroot/ domestic level competition, social support, financial support, and a major government intervention. But, Alas! all are bare minimum, below bar or substandard. All we have is incomplete stadiums, unsupportive parents, low budget local tournaments, and govt. running on deficits. This Is The Sad Reality.
