• Yes. We can tolerate bad roads, bad mobile net work, bad govt. Schools, bad water supply, bad power supply, etc. because we have given up and joined the "system".
• Yes there is a certain kind of tolerance in Naga society. It is not perfect, but one can safely say that there is tolerance. Where else will you find the Mosque, Temple and Church cohabiting the same place - and that too peacefully. Only in Nagaland!
• Yes. With numerous underground groups imposing forced taxation, the public is very tolerant but that tolerance is now stretched to breaking point.
• Yes I believe there is tolerance in Naga society. Every election time we keep forgiving our candidates and we keep voting them back to power even though they keep robbing us. Sometimes the degree of tolerance in our society is to a fault and this is disturbing. I would argue that because of too much tolerance our society is going down the drain.
• Yes we are tolerant. This is the reason why the gross corruption by our state leaders continues, our legal system continues to fail, our police are not able to provide security and so on. Nagas are tolerant to a fault for all the wrong reasons. But we keep making so many non-issues into issues.

• No. We speak about tolerance but in the past few months if we saw what we have done, we wouldn’t b able to say that tolerance is being practiced. We have so degraded ourselves that killing, murdering, looting, etc are just something that comes to be just another of our day to begin with. The big finger should be pointed to the Church leaders, Naga Hohos and all those who preached. For where are they when they are needed. “A ship without a rudder!!!”
• No. “ISMs” is what have given birth to intolerance. An eye for an eye has become of us, shunning some. The word Revenge seems more synonym to have taken the better of us.
• No. people even tried to illiminate/or julabahar those who speak the truth.
• NO. Even though Nagaland is supposed to be a Christian state, there is no tolerant values in the society. Just look at how they treat the non-Nagas. Believe it, discrimination is alive and kicking in Naga society.
• No. Reason being: Selfish and only look for personal gain.
• No, because we are Ignorant!
• Absolutely No. Just listen to our elders. All they pass on to us is negative stereotypes. This is one of the source for intolerance in our society, and our young people are listening to them without questioning at all. How will things change?

• Our society has been filled with violence and state repression for many years. So, though this question is important, it is not possible to answer this question without recognizing the war in our society. Generally, I think Nagas are tolerant to one another and to others as well. This is clearly evident by the fact that Dimapur is flourishing with so many different groups of people and so many different religions. If there was no tolerance, Dimapur just would not be Dimapur.
• Tolerance and endurance is out of context.
• If you want an honest answer all you need to do is to log into these facebook accounts of the many Naga groups like Naga Spear, Naga Blog, and so on. From there you will get a fairly good idea whether there is tolerance in Naga society or not.
