Dimapur, September 2 (MExN): Nagaland Deputy Chief Minister (Dy CM) Y Patton on Wednesday expressed shock and sadness at the demise of Motsuthung Lotha, NCS (Retd) Commissioner & Secretary who passed away on September 2 in Dimapur.
“Lt. Motsuthung Lotha, was simple, kind hearted and a cheerful human being, who is not only a dedicated (Retd.) Officer but who always had a huge concern for the welfare of the people,” Patton wrote.
His demise is not only a loss for the family but also a great lost for the Lotha community in particular and Nagas in general, he added.
The Dy CM and his family conveyed their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed’s soul to rest in peace.
