KOHIMA, AUGUST 7 (DIPR): The Chief Electoral Officer of Nagaland, Abhijit Sinha, IAS has informed that the result of By-election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly to the 10-Northern Angami-1 (ST) Assembly Constituency which was declared on August 3 is subject to the final outcome of the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 18701 of 2017 (Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee Vs. Election Commission of India &Anr.) filed before the Supreme Court of India.
