Kohima, June 26 (MExN): Head of Institutions of all government schools in Nagaland have been reminded to ensure compliance of the directives issued by the Directorate of School Education before July 2, failing which, their salary would be withheld.
In a circular issued by Principal Director Shanavas C, the government School Heads were reminded to ensure compliance of the directives issued earlier on April 20, May 20 and June 2 before July 2, 2021.
The directive included ensuring registration of all teachers (including School Heads) at the Teacher’s App, updating complete school details at the Online School Monitoring Portal including Teachers List, and submitting Daily Activity Report in the Online School Monitoring Portal before 4:00 pm of all working days along with attendance report of teachers.
The employee code column at the ‘Teachers List’ at the portal should be filled with correct employee codes issued by the Department. Only the formats EDN/12345 and RMSA 1234 should be entered at the employee code column, the circular informed.
Further, School Heads have been directed to send details of teachers having issues with Employee Code to the directorate through email to reports.dosenl@gmail.com for resolution. They may also take the assistance of the designated Online School Monitoring Supervisors from the DEO/SDEO establishments, it added.
The department will be constrained to withhold the salary of School Heads who willfully fail to comply with the above directives, it cautioned.
