Tuli, April 27 (MExN): The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) conducted a district outreach programme under its ‘Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0’ initiative at Tzudikong Multi-purpose Hall, Tuli, on Monday, addressing grievances and settling pending claims of former employees of Nagaland Pulp & Paper Company Limited (NPPCL), Paper Nagar.

Samuel Das, Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, EPFO Special State Office, Dimapur, addressed a gathering of approximately 50 former employees, elaborating on the various benefits available under the Employees' Provident Fund Scheme.

Das delivered a detailed presentation on the procedures for claiming PF accumulations from inoperative accounts, urging members to complete KYC seeding and submit their PF and pension claims online for faster settlement.

Special emphasis was laid on facilitating claims relating to deceased members, with Das stressing the need to ensure that eligible family members receive their entitled Provident Fund, Pension, and Insurance benefits.
