DIMAPUR, APRIL 28 (MExN): The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Dimapur, organized a District Outreach Program (Nidhi Aapke Nikat) on April 28 at M/s Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Limited, opposite Super Market, Dimapur. The program was attended by employers, employees and other key stakeholders.
During the session, Samuel Das, Regional PF Commissioner-II, delivered a presentation on the provisions of social security benefits under the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. He also addressed queries from employers and employees, offering clarity on various aspects of the EPF scheme.
A team of officials from the EPFO Dimapur office was present to assist members, helping resolve multiple concerns. The support and responsiveness of the EPFO team were well-received and appreciated by the attendees.
EPFO Dimapur stated that it plans to conduct similar awareness programs in other districts of Nagaland in the future, aiming to enhance awareness and access to social security benefits.
