MOKOKCHUNG, July 16 (MExN): Mokokchung District Legal Services Authority (MDLSA) conducted district wise experience/performance sharing workshop at frontal office of MDLSA on July 13. Speaking as the resource person, Phuleto Yeptho, JMFC and Secretary MDLSA apprised the Para Legal Volunteers of their roles, duties and responsibilities. I. Imkong Jamir, Retainer Lawyer highlighted the welfare schemes such as old age pension, victim compensation scheme. He also spoke on Sec. 357 A CrPC based on a murder case. Limanungsang, Panel Lawyer, Bendangsenla, PLV and C. Talimoa PLV shared their experiences to the gathering. This was followed by interaction session with the Panel Lawyers and Para Legal Volunteers. Sentinaro, Panel Lawyer, who chaired the workshop, also delivered the vote of thanks.
