Participants and resource persons of 'The Santa’s Workshop' 2021 organized by the Eco Club, FAC in collaboration with YWCA, Mokokchung.
Mokokchung, November 7 (MExN): The Eco Club of Fazl Ali College organized ‘The Santa’s Workshop’ in collaboration with the Young Women Christian Association (YWCA), Mokokchung.
‘The Santa’s Workshop’ is an annual event of the Eco Club of Fazl Ali College, Mokokchung and this year’s event was conducted at Yimchalu on November 6 with around 30 members in participation.
During the workshop, participants, mostly students from Fazl Ali College, were trained to make low cost Christmas ornaments and decorations from waste materials and other easily available natural items. With Christmas season just around the corner, the workshop was organized with the objective of sensitizing and creating awareness amongst students and other participants towards celebrating a sustainable and eco friendly Christmas, the college informed in a press statement on Sunday.
