Dimapur, September 16 (MExN): The 6th B’de, W/C, Naga Army (Dimapur town command) Federal Government of Nagaland on September 6 arrested and detained Angukavi Yeptho owing to “his unlawful activity done towards the Federal Government.”
The Ministry of Rali Wali Affairs/MIP, FGN in a press release stated that the ‘warrant of arrest’ was issued for “illegally replicate and print the government treasury receipt/challan issued by Ministry of Chaplee Affairs and collecting tax on vehicles and for other modus operandi posing as FGN cadre which is a highest crime; and for tainting the image of the Federal Government which is unacceptable.”
“His (Angukavi) case is still under investigation to root out the nexus between the imposters/fraudsters and the middleman,” the FGN stated.
