Dimapur, August 24 (MExN): The FGN has mourned the demise of Colonel Valengoyi who passed away on August 24. He joined National Defence Service on February 8, 1958 and he faithfully served the Nation till his last breath. He was a true patriot. His untimely demise was a great loss for all of us. Yet his true sacrificed rendered for the Naga Nation will remain alive in our hearts and in the annals of the Nation. “And I on behalf of all the Naga Armies with deep sorrow convey this heartfelt condolence message to the bereaved family members, relatives and friends. May the Almighty God grant them solace and peace at this hour of grief,” Gen Tavecho Lala, Commander-in-Chief, Naga Army, FGN stated in the press release.
