
DIMAPUR, MAY 3 (MExN): The third and final consignment of equipment for setting up BSL labs in the State is expected to arrive at Dimapur airport from Mumbai on May 4. A DIPR report informed that the equipment will be transported by a C-130 Super Hercules aircraft from Mumbai. This final consignment will lead to operationalisation of the BSL labs, the DIPR informed.
The DIPR stated that the collective efforts of the different line departments have led to zero incidents of COVID-19 in the state. It added that the unflinching efforts of the IAF in the state will be “remembered in the years to come and the Naga people extends its gratitude to the Air warriors.”
The IAF has so far conducted 9 special air missions providing relief to the State through its C17 Globemaster, C130, IL 76 MD and Dornier-228 aircrafts.
