Dimapur, June 1 (MExN): Nagaland State Cooperative Bank Ltd (NSCB) organized a financial literacy camp cum banking service program at Tenyiphe-1 Village on May 29. The programme emphasized on banking facilities in order to make people attain credit worthiness in order to avail credit facilities available with the Bank, informed a press release from NSCB.
VK Disong, Nodal Officer (FIC), NSCB in his keynote address presented the overview of activities and various facilities available in the NSCB and its concept. He requested the people of the village to cooperate with the bank and avail maximum benefits in the interest of the bank and for the development of the village. He also urged the people to utilize the facilities provided by the Bank sincerely, so that people will be self dependent financially and economically developed. Nolesa Zhotso, Head GB of the village thanked the Bank for organising such programme thereby opening their eyes. He said NSCB is the first Bank to come to their area to highlight banking activities and facilities available for the people. He further assured full cooperation and protection to the NSCB Branch.
