One house was completely gutted in the fire incident at Ruleizou colony, near Govt Polytechnic, Kohima Tueday evening at around 5:30 PM. Source informed that two fire tenders each from Fire Station Kohima North and South with sufficient crew and equipments responded to the fire call. Source informed that one tin and wooden structured house was completely gutted down by the fire. The fire tenders controlled the fire from spreading further to the adjacent house/buildings. The cause of fire is suspected to be due to short circuit.
