Tuensang, November 3 (MExN): Administrator, Tuensang Town Council (TTC) and SDO (Civil) Tuensang, Pakon Phom inaugurated a new Fish Kiosks at St. John 'A' Sector, Tuensang Town on November 2.
The Administrator acknowledged the department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources for constructing the Kiosks at Tuensang Town. He encouraged the public to make use of the Kiosks to sell local fishes and to make the Kiosks hygienic.
The District Fishery Officer, Tuensang Rongsenkumzuk also spoke on the occasion and stated that the Kiosks constructed were funded by NABARD (RIDF - XX) for the year 2017-18. He urged the public to maintain the kiosk in a hygienic manner and also stressed on selling fishes only. The DFO Tuensang also stated that this is the 3rd Fish kiosk that has been constructed by the department for the benefit of the general public. He also thanked the land owner for providing their land to construct the kiosks.
The programme was chaired by HA, DFO Office Tuensang, Hanso Loyim Chang while the dedication prayer was offered by Chang Baptist Church Tuensang, Deacon Loenba.
