DIMAPUR, April 28 (MExN): A three-day football trial aimed at scouting local talent will be held at the Chumukedima Football Stadium from May 12 to 14, organizers announced.
Two players will be selected from the trial to travel to Bangkok, Thailand, where they will have the opportunity to sign a professional contract with Thonburi United, a Thai League 3 club and current BGC Cup champions. The event is being jointly organized by the Department of Youth Resources and Sports, Nagaland, Thonburi United FC-Thailand, SC Nagaland, and the Nagaland Football Association.
