Former MLA Y Hewoto Awomi no more

Dimapur, September 28 (MExN): The Western Sümi Baptist Akukuhou Küqhakulu (WSBAK) has condole the demise of Y Hewoto Awomi, Ex- MLA GoN on September 28.

Hewoto Awomi was a prominent leader among the Nagas. He has selflessly served the Naga society in general and Sümi in particular. He was an impeccable man with a big heart and most importantly, he was a God fearing person, WSBAK stated in a press note.

“In this hour of grief, WSBAK joins in conveying our deepest and heartfelt empathy to the bereaved family members. It is our humble prayer that Almighty God give them comfort and strength to bear the irreparable loss, may the departed soul rest in peace,” WSBAK Executive Secretary, Rev Dr Phughoto Sema conveyed in the note.
