Tizit, June 12 (MExN): A free multi-speciality health camp organised by the Tizit Town Council under the 15th Finance Commission Health Grants was held at PHC Tizit on June 12.
In his welcome address, SDC (Civil) Tizit, Tumben P Tsanglao, appreciated the participating doctors for their commitment and expressed hope that the camp would benefit residents, particularly those living in remote areas.
Doctors who provided services during the camp included Dr R Wonashi Tsanglao, Senior Consultant (Paediatrics), CIHSR Referral Hospital Dimapur; Dr Benithung Ngullie, Senior Consultant (Medicine), Nikos Hospital Dimapur; Dr Nyamnyei Konyak, Medical Officer and MD, District Hospital Mon; and Dr Wangba Konyak, Sonologist and Medical Officer, PHC Tizit.
The health camp was organised to provide specialised medical services to residents of the area.
