After a long silence, in the matter of the Political press statements, I feel necessary to give my opinion to our National Workers, at the level of leaderships, in the factions and in the organizations. Of course, it is only appealed opinion and not the pressurized opinion, as the decision is yours (Leaderships). As you are all aware that, the Nagas’ National principle is no other than “Full Sovereign Independence and not the breather political solution i.e. ‘Interim Settlement’. We have come across enough experiences, in the matters of the piece meal solutions, such as. R.G.N. Solution, Shillong Accord Solution etc. Those peiace-meal Accords and solutions cost to our people in terms of many lives. We branded them as the Sell-out group, betrayers, surrenderists, etc. Therefore, in such a piece meal solution, there was no good-name, no heroic-name and no patriotism title. It is not that compulsory, that, one badge of our patriots or Nationalists must bring full Independence to our people. But you can achieve a portion of history and let the next generation achieve the very goal of the Naga Independence, which the Lord God assured our forefathers. Our political journey had become the Mosaic journey, because of our disunity and because of our disobedience. Though, our Lord God commanded us to ‘Love-one-another’ to ‘forgive-one-another’ and to ‘reconcile with-one-another’, but we could not compromise with God and with men and for which our Lord God preserved it for our children, it seems. And, therefore, any settlement we can enter into, but the door of our ‘birth-right-sovereignty’ must not close, but keep it open. We can do it very smoothly and peacefully provided all the underground groups are inclusive in the talk. In case, all the underground groups are inclusive, though, bearing their separate ‘Nomenclature’s that joint venture settlement can give breather space, as suggested by our Hon’ble Chief Minister, Mr. N. Rio in the past. “Instead of jeopardized the Cease Fire Agreement, initiate the breather-space Interim Solution or Settlement” is the only means.
In the past, we branded the NNC/FGN, R.G.N are both sell-out group, betrayers and surrenderists, but, today we are facing the same situation and solution without the Integration and solution without the Independence/Sovereignty we have entered into the Talk with GOI. Of course, NSCN (IM) alone is initiation, but other underground groups too may participate in the Talk, provided they too agree that condition of “Sovereignty and Integration” not included.
Therefore, let us not blame NNC/FGN too much, as we are all become the same feathers of the same bird, but let us flock together and bring one settlement to our people, without leaving out NNC/FGN, which is the home of Naga politics and increasing its cadres daily.
