Dimapur, June 8 (MExN): Two GBs who filed a complaint against president of the Nagaland GB Federation, K Vikuto Zhimomi have withdrawn the same and have offered an apology to the GB chief. The GBs, L Yangpoh Konyak and Chingkap, declared as “blunder” the lodging of a complaint against Zhimomi “without knowing the facts and figures.” A note from the two GB mentioned that the suit was filed on grounds of misappropriation of NGBF fund to the Nagaland Commissioner. Declaring the retraction of the complaint the two also tendered an apology for the “mistake we have done against him.” It was also admitted that the name of Menton Konyak, join secretary of MDGBA was made without his knowledge and “done under forgery.” “We apologize to him for this act. We hope and pray that Shri. K Vikuto Zhimomi, president, NGBF will forgive us in the name of our lord for the work done by us as a defamation case against him who hold the prestigious post in the state-level” the two GBs stated. They have also extended fullest support and assured cooperation to work under his leadership for the welfare of the NGBF and the people.
