Kiphire, June 3 (MExN): The annual sports week of the Government Higher Secondary School Kiphire concluded yesterday at Public ground. The sports week was inaugurated by D. Panda DEO Kiphire as Chief Guest on Wednesday last. Speaking at the inaugural program as chief guest, the DEO asked the students to take up sports and games in true sporting spirit as the world has created space for sportspersons to shine in various arenas. He advised the students to take up sports and games religiously as there is much opportunity where one can make livelihood by taking part in sports and also urged them to stay away from substance abuse. The annual sports week was divided into four groups with Yellow group emerging as the champions.
