The Arts Gathering will take place on October 2 at Ura Academy, Mission Compound, Kohima. The event, curated by Glimmers will feature music, dance, fine arts, fashion, food, crafts, short films and photography.
Announcing this through a press conference here at Phasaings Restaurant, Glimmers president Avika Sekhose said that the event will be held under the theme “Glimmer of Hope: We Light Each Other Up.”
The event will start from 4:00 PM onwards.
The event will be joined by Theja Meru, k.h.y.o-k, Project- Anonymous Nagaland, Among Venuh, Khrielasier Liezietsu, Nukshi Wapang, Angei Kamson and others.
Entry ticket at Rs. 1000 (Admit family and admit for 5 for students) is available at D-Café.
Donor ticket stands at Rs. 5000.
The organizer is offering a prize for lucky ticket holders with Acoustic Guitar as 1st prize and art work of Among Venuh as 2nd prize.
Avika said that Glimmers was formed in 1980 with an objective to reach the unreached through arts.
Zeneinuo Dozo, Jeh and Vikeduo Sekhose also present at the press conference.
