DIMAPUR, APRIL 30 (MExN): NIIT Dimapur Centre organized a ‘Job Fair’ for graduates from the institute on Saturday, April 30. The objective of the event was to extend career placements for NIIT graduates while enhancing their employability. “It’s a golden opportunity for the graduates to check their ‘placeability’ quotient and for the corporate organizations to identify and select the candidates as per relevancy.”

Centre Head of NIIT, Dimapur Ajay Sethi said that this was the second time the centre had organized such an event. Executives from around 40 business firms, which included even big names like WIPRO, interviewed around 300 graduates who responded, he informed. Those who get selected will be employed by the respective companies and firms.
Sethi added that NIIT, Dimapur has found job placement opportunities for more than 1100 students from the centre during the past eleven years.
