Government silent, ANDMSA to continue agitation till Dec 8

DIMAPUR, NOVEMBER 29 (MExN): With no response forthcoming from the Nagaland Government, the All Nagaland District Ministerial Service Association (ANDMSA) said it would be intensifying its statewide ‘pen down computer shut down’ agitation till December 8, 2017.  

If the government still fails to respond to its demands, the ANDMSA stated that it would begin the proposed mass casual leave from December 11, 2017 onwards.  

In this connection, all the district units have been requested to “cooperate and be more vigilant.” Further, all members have been asked to refrain from any form of anti-social activities like violence, damaging of public property etc.  

Dimapur, Phek unit directs

Meanwhile, in compliance with the ANDMSA directives, the Dimapur and Phek Units has also called a pen down and computer shut down in Dimapur and Phek district starting from November 30 till December 8, which would be followed by 3 days mass casual from December 11-13. ANDMSA Dimapur and Phek units in separate statements has therefore urged all the public, staff employees, DDO’s & departments to bear this in conveniences for this short period. Further, the Dimapur Unit has convened an emergency general meeting on November 30, at Tourist Lodge at 9 am.
