A courier service office in Kohima was robbed by unidentified armed men on late July 22 night. The robbers made away with Rs 36 lakhs, 3 laptops, a mobile phone, CCTV and DVR. The incident occurred at the office of the Delhivery Pvt Limited, a courier service, at High School area, Kohima at around 10:30 pm. Reliable sources informed that nine employees were sorting out articles with closed doors inside their office when four masked gunmen entered and robbed the items after tying their hands, feet, taped their mouths with adhevice and locked them inside the bathroom. An FIR has been lodged and police investigation is underway. Kohima Police meanwhile informed that investigation is on and all angles are being looked into.
