Dimapur, September 9 (MExN): The Nagaland Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation (NHHDC) Ltd. Dimapur will be organizing State Handloom Expo at Urban Haat, Dimapur, from September 16 to 19, sponsored by the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handloom), Ministry of Textiles, Government of India.
Interested Co-operative Societies, NGOs, Apex Societies, SHGs, etc have been requested to apply to the Project Cell, NHHDC Ltd, Half Nagarjan, Dimapur, along with their respective id cards issued by the Corporation on or before September 14 during office hours.
NHHDC Ltd Managing Director Zakabo V. Rotokha, NCS in a press release has informed that all participants must be COVID vaccinated and follow strict SOPs laid down by the Government of Nagaland.
All stalls shall be provided free of cost. TA/DA and Freight charges will be reimbursed as per the prescribed rates of NHDP guidelines. During the expo, there will be a competition for the best 3 stalls in display and sales for which cash prizes shall be awarded.
