'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign in Nagaland from August 13-15 

DIMAPUR, AUGUST 12 (MExN): Along with the rest of the country Nagaland is also celebrating the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage every citizen in the state to hoist the Tiranga (Tricolour) on their houses from August 13-15. 

The idea behind the campaign is to invoke passion for nation building and patriotism and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag, a DIPR report stated. 

About 4.3 lakh national flags have been received from the Ministry of Culture and distributed to all district headquarters to be distributed to all the households in villages, towns, cities through the DC office, BDOs, local administrative officers. Everyone is being urged to buy the national flag and hoist on their houses. The rate fixed is at Rs 28 per flag, the DIPR report informed. 

In this connection, all citizens have been urged to wholeheartedly take part in Har Ghar Tiranga celebrations between August 13-15 by hoisting the flag at their homes, business establishments and institutions and click selfies with the Tiranga (Tricolour) and upload at harghartiranga.com.
