The Highway Markets especially on Dimapur Road, were highly appreciated by all some years ago. But, today they are turning out to be inconveniences and accident risks as well as reasons of traffic jams. There is need for urgent rethinks and remedial actions. We have outgrown these amenities just as we outgrow our shoes and clothes. Gone are the days when roadside markets had to be the only shopping modes.
