Kohima, April 25 (MExN): Modern College, Kohima inaugurated its newly constructed campus road on April 25. Santhosh Kumar Tumkur Vijaykumar, Managing Director of HiKOKI Power Tools India Private Limited officially inaugurated the road and unveiled the road inauguration monolith.
A felicitation programme was organised for the guests where Pelee Hekha, Managing Director of Modern College, presented a report on the road construction which was supported by HiKOKI Power Tools India Private Limited through its Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
In a short address, Vijaykumar briefed the gathering on the service HiKOKI has rendered for the improvement of society in the past few years in the country. He mentioned that it is the company’s desire to expand its humanitarian service beyond a certain geographical area so as to reach even in far flung and remote areas such as in Nagaland. He opined that the success of the company cannot be measured by the profit it generates alone by its service to humanity.
