Horangse points finger at Legislators

Dimapur, Aug 27 (MExN): Naga Hoho President Horangse Sangtam today said that the legislators from the Mon-Tuensang area were not doing enough for development in the region. He was speaking at the Annual Freshers’ Day ceremony organized by the TMSU, Patkai Christian College. 

Sangtam informed that there were 20 elected members from the area in the present Government and as such development works could be implemented on a larger scale. On the Tobu issue, Sangtam said that the people of the region had to display their unity through actions. He asked the students to fear the Lord and work diligently towards their goals. Sangtam was to attend the Naga Martyrs Day programme at Mao as the Chief Guest. However, he decided to join the students in their function instead.
