Longleng, December 12 (MExN): The Hukphang Students’ Union (HSU) organised a career guidance programme at the Hukphang Baptist Church on December 11
The resource persons w were Dr Samuel Akho Konyak P NCS, EAC HQ & in charge EAC Yongnyah and M Chingsang Phom, Agri Inspector, Longleng. Sponsored by M Chingsang Phom, the event aimed to provide valuable insights into career opportunities for the students, a DIPR report stated.
Dr Samuel spoke on NPSC (NCS, NPS, NSS & Allied Services) while Chingsang spoke on Technical Course after 10+2 & NPSC-CTSE. The resource persons shared insights and information regarding career paths, focusing on the NPSC (Nagaland Public Service Commission) examinations and technical courses.
The programme aimed to empower the youth with vital knowledge for informed career choices and guide them towards a brighter future, aligning with the government's vision for skill development and career exploration.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by Y Pauloi Phom, Executive Chairman, HSU, invocation by A Leitok Phom, Pastor of Hukphang Baptist Church and welcome note by C Among Phom, Vice President HSU.
