A Human Touch: A man carries his pet dog on his back in the traditional Naga style of carrying a child, during a vaccination drive in Phek on September 28. Under the theme, ‘Vaccinate to eliminate,’ the Nagaland Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services (AH&VS) department observed ‘World Rabies Day’ with free anti-rabies vaccination drive across the state.
