IITF 2017: 24 entrepreneurs from Nagaland participates

Dimapur, November 15 (MExN): The Parliamentary Secretary for Land Resources Development and Excise, Government of Nagaland, BS Nganlang Phom inaugurated the Nagaland State Stall at the 37th India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2017 underway at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.  

The Parliamentary Secretary congratulated the Nagaland State Stall, Director, Er S Temslong Jamir, Additional Director, Industry and the entrepreneur participants from the state. A total of 24 entrepreneurs from Nagaland are taking part in the ongoing trade fair to promote and showcase the state products during the fair which will culminate on November 27.  

The Parliamentary Secretary was accompanied by PRC Nagaland House Jyoti Kalash, IAS, State Stall Director Er. S Temslong Jamir, Nagaland State Emporium Manager Tekatemsu Ao and Kuolie Mere, PRO Nagaland House.  

Kuolie Mere, PRO, Nagaland House New Delhi in a press release informed the IITF 2017 was inaugurated by the President of India, Ram Nath Kovind on November 14. This year around 3000 exhibitors including 222 companies from abroad are participating at the IITF 2017, 32 of India States and Union territories are representing in the ongoing trade fair. The Government of India’s key initiative for this year such as- Make in India, Digital India, Skill India, Smart Cities, this year the Theme is “Start up India”.
