Kiphire, January 27 (MExN): Through the pre-Trial destruction Order U/S 452 CRPC passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate Kiphire Phuleto Yeptho NJS, the following Seized Indian Made Foreign Liquors (IMFL) worth more than Rs 250,000 were destroyed on January 23, some two to three km away from Kiphire town.
The task was executed in the presence of 'Pre-Trial Destruction Committee members'- EAC, SDPO, APP, OC/PS, P I and DPRO Kiphire, and GB forest colony Yangkimong.
The details of seized items were given as under:-

• KPE/ P.S Case/No 03/2023 (a) AC Black Whisky- 240 Nos (b) Can Beer- 840 Nos.
